(aka yasminthepsych). I'm here to support you on your journey towards greater wellbeing. I’m a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist, who is also a holistic, trauma-informed Clinical Psychologist. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or superficial fixes. I sit with you as a human first, clinician second. Together, we’ll untangle old patterns, find practical tools that actually fit your life, and build new ways forward that feel less like pressure and more like permission.
With over a decade of clinical and research experience across psychology, neuropsychology, sleep, and longevity—as well as the lived experience of chronic illness—I’ve learned what truly supports healing and where standard care often falls short. Before becoming a Clinical Psychologist, I worked as a sleep scientist and technician, contributing to research and fatigue-management initiatives for industry. My career has spanned government, corporate, and private sectors, allowing me to support people with varied needs in hospital, outpatient, and neurodiverse settings. I also have a special interest in holistic approaches to healthcare and have completed further training in this space under Harvard Medical School trained experts. These experiences inform my holistic, evidence-based practice, blending behavioural neuroscience, the latest research, and lived experience to provide deeper healing and personalised care. I’ve learned that lasting change is possible, even when the path feels overwhelming.
Outside of work, you'll find me hanging out with my dog Nala, wobbling my way through a yoga class, and drinking matcha (I'm fully on the matcha bandwagon and loving it!).
If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, you’re in the right place. You don’t need to do it alone.

I am committed to an evidence-based yet highly individualised approach. We’re all a little different, so I work collaboratively to discover what strategies, approaches, and tools will serve you best. Depending on your needs and preferences, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

healing works best when we look at the whole person: mind, body, connection, and purpose.
Rest is not laziness. Boundaries are not selfish. Asking for help is not weakness.
It’s not your fault that you’re sick. However, no one else can do the healing work for you.
I believe you. I believe you. I believe you.
